InStock — Service Terms

Last updated: October 8, 2026

By using InStock you agree to these service terms.

App license

The iOS app uses the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These service terms describe InStock's monitoring service separately from that app license.

The service

InStock monitors public product pages that you provide through periodic checks and sends best-effort stock and price notifications when a check detects a match. It does not buy products or store card details. The free plan includes 1 active tracked item. Optional InStock Pro supports up to 30 active tracked items.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. Available plans, prices and any eligible trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple Account settings. Deleting your InStock account does not cancel a subscription; billing continues until you cancel through Apple subscription settings.

No affiliation or guarantee

InStock is independent. Compatibility depends on the retailer and product page. Availability and pricing can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and are provided “as is.” Notifications are not real-time and do not guarantee that an item will remain available to buy.

Acceptable use

Do not use InStock for unlawful activity or in a way that violates a retailer’s terms.
